'Colors of Pakistan' the name itself represent different cultures of the country. Pakistan has different colors of people, they are Sindhi, Balochi,Punjabi, Pakhtun and many others who all have their unique traditions and customs for which they are recognized.
In relation to this, an exhibition was organized by the students of B.S. fourth year of Department of Mass Communication on Oct 12, 2010 at JUW in which they displayed distinct cultures and traditions of the country.
Chairperson of the department, Prof. Ahmed Naseem Sandilvi inaugurated the event. The guests included FM 101 presenters Alina, Shehla Anwar, Tabinda Larri and the comedian Shakeel Siddique.
The students made great effort in collecting the unique items of different provinces like in Sindh stall they had ajrak where as in Punjab stall, they showed the Mela as well as the green fields. They also had laptop on each stall where they made the slideshow of that particular province. It was a very beautiful event.
The students also displayed the present and future prospects of Pakistan with their miniatures.
